TERMS OF USAGE
1. When you access or use the Website, you confirm that this will not be done for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.
2. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Website and its services, or the resale of its products and services is expressly prohibited.
3. You may not use the Website in violation of South African laws and regulations, and if you access the Website from locations outside of South Africa, then the User is responsible for compliance to all local laws and regulations.
1. All products displayed on the Website are limited and subject to availability.
2. Thrive With Me will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that when stock is no longer available, the item is discontinued on the Website.
3. If we are not able to fulfill any order because the stock item is sold out, we will inform you and you’ll be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value you have paid for such stock item.
EXPIRY DATES OF PRODUCTS
1. Certain Thrive With Me products carry an expiry date.
2. This date is clearly printed on both the outer carton and also on the product container.
3. Thrive With Me’s commitment to the user is that at the time of delivery of any order to you, all Products carrying expiry dates will have a minimum of 4 (four) complete months to that date.
4. If you receive a Product that has been purchased on the Website that expires in less than 4 (four) months at the time of receipt, then we will replace that Product free of charge.
1. Credit card transactions will be completed via an approved payment gateway.
2. The payment gateway will use the strictest form of encryption and no credit card details will be stored on the Website.
3. Your details will be stored separately to your credit card details.
4. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
5. Thrive With Me is in no way responsible for any loss incurred to the User from fraudulent transactions occurring on their account, arising from the User entering their credit card details on the Website.
1. Thrive With Me may release printed or digital vouchers or promotional or coupon codes from time to time which are redeemable against your online purchases.
2. These are only redeemable as long as the promotion is valid.
3. These promotional vouchers/codes/coupons are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if the physical voucher is lost, destroyed or stolen and used without permission.
4. Vouchers/codes/coupons are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. A voucher/code/coupon can only be used against a purchase for the full amount of the voucher.
6. The value of the voucher/code/coupon will be deducted from your total amount in your shopping cart and the remaining balance must be paid by you.
7. If you have redeemed a voucher/code/coupon against a purchase and you’d like to return all items purchased, we will refund you or credit your account with the Rand value of the purchase and reissue the voucher with the same associated terms and conditions.
8. If you have redeemed a voucher/code/coupon against a purchase and you would like to return only some of the items purchased, we will recalculate the total value of your purchase AFTER the returned items has/have been deducted.
1. Thrive With Me delivers orders within business hours in the Republic of South Africa AT NO CHARGE.
2. If the South African order is placed on the Website before 09h00, delivery to major centres will take place before 11am the following day.
3. If the order is placed on the Website after 09h00 or if the order is to an address outside of major centres, we aim for delivery within 48 hours.
4. We deliver door to door to a street address.
5. The User will need to indicate where in South Africa delivery is required as well as the contact telephone number connected to the delivery.
6. The parcel will be delivered to the address you specify at checkout.
7. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will use the mobile phone number you provided in your order to indicate that a delivery was attempted.
8. The courier will try only once more (two attempted deliveries) and if at that time, if there is still no one to sign for the parcel, it will be the User’s responsibility to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange delivery.
9. If you do not contact Thrive With Me within 5 (five) working days of the courier attempting a second delivery, the courier will return the parcel to Thrive With Me and we will contact you via email to discuss potential redelivery at your own expense.
10. If this attempt does not succeed within a reasonable amount of time, we will simply reimburse the User subject to a deduction of a 10% administration fee.
1.THRIVE WITH ME DELIVERS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT NO CHARGE IF THE ORDER IS OVER R8000 (AFTER COUPON CODE CALCULATION). PAYMENT NEEDS TO CLEAR BEFORE SHIPMENT. ALL TAXES AND DUTIES ARE FOR THE CLIENT’S ACCOUNT.
2. for orders with a value less than R8000.00, thrive with me applies an international shipping rate of R980.00 to the EU aNd R1200.00 to all other global destinations.
3. WE DELIVER DOOR TO DOOR TO A STREET ADDRESS.
4. THE USER WILL NEED TO INDICATE the street DELIVERY address AS WELL AS THE CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER CONNECTED TO THE DELIVERY.
5. THE PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY AT CHECKOUT.
6. IF NOBODY IS PRESENT AT THE ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, OUR COURIER WILL USE THE MOBILE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED IN YOUR ORDER TO INDICATE THAT A DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED.
7. THE COURIER WILL TRY ONLY ONCE MORE (TWO ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES) AND IF AT THAT TIME, IF THERE IS STILL NO ONE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL, IT WILL BE THE USER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL HELLO@THRIVEWITHME.CO.ZA TO ARRANGE DELIVERY.
8. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT THRIVE WITH ME WITHIN 5 (FIVE) WORKING DAYS OF THE COURIER ATTEMPTING A SECOND DELIVERY, THE COURIER WILL RETURN THE PARCEL TO THRIVE WITH ME AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL TO DISCUSS POTENTIAL REDELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
9. IF THIS ATTEMPT DOES NOT SUCCEED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, WE WILL SIMPLY REIMBURSE THE USER SUBJECT TO A DEDUCTION OF A 20% ADMINISTRATION FEE.
1. for local orders, If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after receiving the product, you may return it to Thrive With Me within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without reason and without penalty, in order to obtain a full purchase price refund or to have the product replaced.

FOR international ORDERS, IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT TO THRIVE WITH ME WITHIN 21 (twenty one) DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A FULL PURCHASE PRICE REFUND OR TO HAVE THE PRODUCT REPLACED. International shipping charges will apply excluding returns for products which have expired or are defective.
